Peas – Mint – Puree
The perfect peas – mint – puree recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 size Potatoes
- 500 g Pea pods
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 150 ml Salt
- 1 Handful Mint fresh
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- Remove the peas from the pods – peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and put them in a saucepan with a little vegetable stock – place the peas in a sieve over it, simmer both until soft or cook over the steam
- When everything is soft, mash both together with a large piece of butter (if you don’t eat butter like me, you should use Alsan instead) – finely chop fresh mint and add it – finely season with salt
