The perfect peas – mint – puree recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size Potatoes
  • 500 g Pea pods

  • 150 ml Salt
  • 1 Handful Mint fresh

  1. Remove the peas from the pods – peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and put them in a saucepan with a little vegetable stock – place the peas in a sieve over it, simmer both until soft or cook over the steam
  2. When everything is soft, mash both together with a large piece of butter (if you don’t eat butter like me, you should use Alsan instead) – finely chop fresh mint and add it – finely season with salt

Conclusion:

  1. this puree tastes very tasty, light and refreshing (thanks to the mint)! and is also perfect for people who have intolerance to various dairy products
