Peas with Mint – Ursina Recipe

The perfect peas with mint – ursina recipe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Freshly cooked green peas
  • 1 medium sized Diced onion
  • Butter
  • 10 piece Mint leaves
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Cinnamon powder
  1. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a saucepan. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Then add the peas and sauté briefly.
  2. Add the vegetable stock and cook covered for 5 – 8 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Cut the mint leaves into fine strips. Season the peas with salt, pepper and cinnamon powder. Briefly sauté the mint.
