Peas with Mint – Ursina Recipe

- 500 g Freshly cooked green peas
- 1 medium sized Diced onion
- Butter
- 10 piece Mint leaves
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Cinnamon powder
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a saucepan. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Then add the peas and sauté briefly.
- Add the vegetable stock and cook covered for 5 – 8 minutes over medium heat.
- Cut the mint leaves into fine strips. Season the peas with salt, pepper and cinnamon powder. Briefly sauté the mint.
