Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150g penne
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ large onion(s)
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • 1 large mushroom
  • olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the penne al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and toss with a few drops of olive oil to prevent sticking. Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic, slice the onions into half rings, roughly dice the bell pepper, and finely slice the mushrooms. Sauté the garlic, onions, and mushrooms in olive oil in a frying pan. Add the bell peppers and penne and cook briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and plenty of oregano. Drizzle a little olive oil over the pasta on the plate.
