Penne in tomato and ham cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g penne
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g ham
  • 100 g cheese, grated (Parmesan)
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 150 ml Cremefine
  • some chives
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Finely dice the onion and ham and sauté in olive oil. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and tomato paste. Pour in the pasta water and simmer. Once the sauce has reduced, add 150 ml of Rama Cremefine and season with chives, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked penne to the sauce and top with the grated cheese.
