Flake fruit soup

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 ml water
  • 50 g apple
  • 50 g fruit, any
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey, liquid or creamy-solid
  • 20 g whole grain flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Summer breakfast, single portion, dairy-free, animal protein-free

Peel and chop the fruit, then add it to a blender along with the water, lemon juice, and honey. Blend. Season the blended fruit to taste, then stir in the flakes. Enjoy breakfast in a soup bowl. Adding the honey after blending allows for better sweetness control. The fruit soup can also be made with vanilla soy milk or rice milk, which will be a bit richer. You may need to add less honey.
