Penne with chicken breast and Gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 500 g penne or other pasta
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 400 g mixed vegetables for the wok
  • 400 ml sauce (Gorgonzola)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

You can also prepare a tomato sauce and stir in 100g of Gorgonzola cheese at the end. Heat the oil in a wok or pan, season the chicken breast well and fry, then remove and set aside. Add the remaining oil to the wok or pan and then cook the vegetables. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, toss with the Gorgonzola sauce, and finally stir in the vegetables. Season again and adjust the seasoning if desired. Slice the chicken breast and serve with the pasta and vegetable mixture.
