Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, cut into 2 cm long sticks
  • Vegetable broth, mixed with some red wine if desired
  • 1 package of mixed mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, delicious stew

Cook the potatoes and carrots in the vegetable broth until tender. Add the mushrooms and tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can also add some ham or shredded meat.
