Penne with gethunter Fish Sauce

- 400 g Pasta penne
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Chopped garlic
- 250 g Spinach leaves TK
- 1 Can Tuna in oil
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 Can Chunky tomatoes 425ml
- 1 Can Tomatoes passed 425ml
- Soy sauce
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt pepper
- 100 g Black olives
- Drain the tuna and tear it apart, preferably with a fork.
- Cook the spinach and pasta according to the package instructions and then drain.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion cubes and the chopped garlic. Add tomato paste and sweat, add spinach and sauté briefly, deglaze with the tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season the whole thing with soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Then stir in the tuna pieces.
- Fold the drained pasta into the sauce and serve on plates.
