Penne with gethunter Fish Sauce

The perfect penne with gethunter fish sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Pasta penne
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Chopped garlic
  • 250 g Spinach leaves TK
  • 1 Can Tuna in oil
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 1 Can Chunky tomatoes 425ml
  • 1 Can Tomatoes passed 425ml
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt pepper
  • 100 g Black olives
  1. Drain the tuna and tear it apart, preferably with a fork.
  2. Cook the spinach and pasta according to the package instructions and then drain.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion cubes and the chopped garlic. Add tomato paste and sweat, add spinach and sauté briefly, deglaze with the tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season the whole thing with soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Then stir in the tuna pieces.
  4. Fold the drained pasta into the sauce and serve on plates.
