Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300g penne
- salt water
- 250 g shrimp(s), frozen or fresh
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- salt and pepper
- oil
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely chop the garlic, onion, and bell pepper and sauté in a pan. Then add the thawed shrimp and cook thoroughly. Halve the avocado, pit it, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Mash it in a bowl and add it to the pan. Heat everything thoroughly. Meanwhile, cook the penne in salted water, drain, and add it to the pan with the remaining ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
