Penne with Tomato and Tuna Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Penne
  • 2 Cans Tuna
  • 100 g Tomatoes vine tomatoes
  • 1 Can Tomato red canned
  • 1 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • 50 g Black olives
  • 50 g Capers
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Red Onion
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, wash and quarter the tomatoes. Sauté the onion in the hot oil until translucent, add the tomatoes and garlic and sauté. Add the canned tomatoes and let simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Cut the olives into slices, add the capers to the sauce, season with pepper and sugar. Drain the tuna, and add roughly chopped into the sauce. Wash, dry and roughly chop the parsley and mix with the sauce. Serve with the pasta.
