Pepper salad with cottage cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the washed bell peppers into thin strips and the washed tomatoes into chunks. Finely dice the onion and finely chop the chives. Place everything in a bowl. Whisk the balsamic vinegar and oil together and season with herb salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Drizzle over the ingredients in the bowl and toss the salad thoroughly. Season to taste and serve with the cottage cheese. Fresh baguette is the best accompaniment.
