Pepper – Tomato – Soup

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 gr. can/n tomato paste
  • 50 g noodles (soup noodles)
  • n. B. spice(s)
  • Water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash or peel the peppers and onions and dice them. Combine tomato paste and water (if needed) in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the peppers, onions, and vegetable stock. Add the pasta. Let everything simmer until a nice tomato soup forms. Season to taste with various spices. Tip: If you like, you can add a dash of cream or crème fraîche.
