Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 5 tbsp oat flakes, wholegrain
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp smoked paprika powder (La Chinata)
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Dice the zucchini, bell pepper, and onion. Finely chop the garlic clove. Mix these ingredients with the oats and egg. Add the smoked paprika and season with salt and pepper. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for half an hour to allow the egg and oats to swell. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the patties to the pan and fry until golden brown.
