Peppers stuffed with Bami Goreng

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 800 g noodles (Bami Goreng, frozen)
  • 4 spring onions
  • 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 slices of medium-aged Gouda

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cut the tops off the peppers. Remove the seeds and white pith. Wash the peppers. Place a dessert ring in each of 4 cocottes and place a pepper on top. Fill each with Bami Goreng. Place the remaining Bami Goreng around the dessert ring. Remove the rind from the Gouda, cut it in half, and place a slice on each pepper. Cover each with a lid. Wash the spring onions, shake dry, and cut into rings. Place the rings around the dessert rings. Wash the cherry tomatoes, halve them, and place them around the dessert rings. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes.
