Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 yellow bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- Chinese spice mix
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Quarter the peeled onion and finely chop with a chopper, then fry in the previously heated oil until translucent. Add the diced bell peppers and fry briefly. Remove the stems from the tomatoes, dice them, and add them to the bell peppers. Add the Chinese spice, garlic, and soy sauce to taste and let the dish simmer for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This dish is delicious with basmati rice or baguette bread. If you prefer meat, you can add sliced ham sausage, for example.
