The perfect persian cuisine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

season with:

  • 1 Pc. Diced onion
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 0,5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Curry
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 1 Knife point Ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoon Freshly chopped chives
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 5 Pc. Peeled waxy potatoes

fry in:

  • Rapeseed oil
  1. Add the ground beef, all the spices and egg.
  2. Add coarsely grated potatoes, mix everything well.
  3. Cut off small amounts of dough with a tablespoon and shape into a slightly oblong shape.
  4. Heat a large pan, add the rapeseed oil and insert the Spitzle. Sear it on all sides, turn well. Approx. 12-15 min.
  5. A fresh salad goes well with it.
