Persian Cuisine
The perfect persian cuisine recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
season with:
- 1 Pc. Diced onion
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 0,5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Curry
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 1 Knife point Ground cumin
- 2 tablespoon Freshly chopped chives
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 5 Pc. Peeled waxy potatoes
fry in:
- Rapeseed oil
- Add the ground beef, all the spices and egg.
- Add coarsely grated potatoes, mix everything well.
- Cut off small amounts of dough with a tablespoon and shape into a slightly oblong shape.
- Heat a large pan, add the rapeseed oil and insert the Spitzle. Sear it on all sides, turn well. Approx. 12-15 min.
- A fresh salad goes well with it.
