Persian Style Omelette
The perfect persian style omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Eggs
- 10 Date dried
- 125 ml Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili
- Cinammon
- Halve, core and flatten the dates.
- Mix the eggs with the milk and season with salt, pepper and chilli
- Melt the butter in a pan, fry the dates briefly and then add the eggs.
- Turn the heat down and put a lid on the pan. Since you cannot turn the omelette, let it harden and make sure that the heat is not too high, otherwise it will burn.
- Finally dust the omelette with cinnamon
- Tastes great with flatbread. For breakfast it is enough for 4 people, as a main course also for one person 🙂
