Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 persimmon
- 1 m.-sized apple
- 5 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Bianco
- 1 tbsp honey
- salt and pepper
- Mixed herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the persimmon, apple, and tomatoes, core and chop if necessary, and place everything in a bowl. For the salad dressing, thoroughly mix the rapeseed oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and herbs. Add the salad dressing to the chopped fruit and vegetables and mix everything together.
