Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 slices of baguette
- 2 tsp pesto, ready
- 6 cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Briefly toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown. Toast the baguettes and spread each with 1 teaspoon of pesto. Wash and slice the tomatoes, arrange them on the bread, and sprinkle with pine nuts.
