Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tomatoes, ripe
- 4 garlic cloves
- 50 g basil
- 125 g almonds
- 150 ml olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and dice the tomatoes and toast the almonds. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. This goes well with fusilli pasta.
