Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g coconut oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 330 g sugar
  • 115 g cocoa powder
  • 1 shot of rum if needed
  • 3 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 ½ pt. biscuit(s) (butter biscuits)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Melt the coconut oil. Beat the next six ingredients from the list until smooth. Line an oblong baking pan with aluminum foil. Cover the bottom and sides with butter cookies. Alternate layers of chocolate mixture, cookies, and chocolate mixture. Add cookies as the final layer. The whole thing must be refrigerated for at least 2 hours before serving. Tip: The cake tastes best after about 18 hours.
