Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g ladyfingers
  • 125 g butter
  • 200 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 oranges, squeezed
  • Sheet of gelatine, depending on the desired firmness of the filling
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 45 minutes

with sponge fingers

Crush the sponge cake. Reserve 3/4 cup of the crumbs for topping. Mix the remaining crumbs with melted butter and press them into the bottom of a springform pan. Mix the Philadelphia cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, and orange juice. Soften and dissolve the gelatin according to the package directions and add it to the cheese mixture. Fold in the whipped cream with the cream stiffener. Pour everything into the bottom of the springform pan and spread the reserved crumbs on top. Be sure to refrigerate for a day.
