Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (Vienna base, 3 – divided)
- 500 g cream (2 cups)
- 500 g quark
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 jar jelly (I usually use currant)
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- Almond(s)
- chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff. Combine the quark and lemon. Then mix the cream and quark together, spread the cream on the cake layers, warm the jelly, and pour it over the cake layers. Stack the cake layers on top. Garnish with almonds and chocolate sprinkles, and refrigerate.
