Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 100 g celery
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 jar veal stock or chicken broth
  • 100 g peas, frozen, thawed
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili salt
  • 2 tbsp, heaped parsley, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

with turkey meat

Cut the meat into cubes. Clean, peel, and dice the onions, potatoes, and vegetables. Heat the oil in a large pot and fry the meat cubes. Add the diced onions and sauté briefly. Then add the prepared potato and vegetable cubes and pour in the stock. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, adding a little more stock if needed. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili salt. Add the peas and parsley and heat briefly.
