Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 Camembert(s), ripe, 125 g each
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp pepper, green
- 10 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the cheese lengthwise and place it in a shallow dish. Finely slice the shallots and finely dice the garlic. Mix the vinegar, oil, and remaining ingredients together and pour over the cheese. Marinate for at least 24 hours.
