  • 1 slice(s) sheep’s cheese, thick
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp chili pepper(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • Oil (walnut oil), for pickling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Total time approx. 3 days 15 minutes

Place the feta cheese in a container about the size of the slices. Sprinkle the ingredients over the cheese and fill with walnut oil. Let it sit for about 3 days.
