- 1 slice(s) sheep’s cheese, thick
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp chili pepper(s)
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- Oil (walnut oil), for pickling
Instructions

Place the feta cheese in a container about the size of the slices. Sprinkle the ingredients over the cheese and fill with walnut oil. Let it sit for about 3 days.
