Pickled Camembert with olives

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g Camembert(s) (cream Camembert)
  • 2 cloves garlic (or 4 if you like)
  • 10 olives, stuffed
  • 5 sage leaves
  • 10 peppercorns
  • ½ liter oil (rapeseed oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the Camembert into bite-sized pieces, peel the garlic cloves, halve the olives, and place everything in a jar with the sage leaves and peppercorns. Top with rapeseed oil. Seal the jar tightly and store in a cool place.
