Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g feta cheese
- 6 garlic cloves
- Thyme, dried
- Thyme, a few sprigs, fresh
- ¼ liter olive oil
- 6 chili peppers
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the feta into small cubes. Peel and halve the garlic cloves (as many as you like), and place them in a large screw-top jar with the feta and chili peppers, seasoning each layer with thyme. If desired, you can also add a sprig of fresh thyme. Fill the jar with olive oil and refrigerate. Let it marinate for at least 3 days. This quantity makes two large screw-top jars.
