Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 bulbs of garlic
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 1 Pepper
  • ½ liter oil (soy)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 8 days; Total time approx. 8 days 15 minutes

Peel the garlic cloves, place them in a jar with rosemary sprigs and chili peppers. Pour in soybean oil (best for pickling, as soybean oil is flavorless), seal the jar, and let it steep for about 8 days.
