Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g goat cheese
  • 10 peppercorns
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Tomato(s), dried, to taste
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 250 ml olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 7 days; Total time approx. 7 days 15 minutes

Cut the cheese into cubes and place in sterile jars. Add all the other ingredients to the jars, ensuring all ingredients are in perfect condition and dry. Now fill the jars with oil and remove any air bubbles with a wooden skewer. Let the cheese sit for at least a week.
