Iceberg lettuce with bacon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 250 g bacon
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • n. B. vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the lettuce into strips, wash, and drain. Dice the eggs. Make a dressing with the vinegar and spices. Add the eggs and mix into the salad. Then dice the bacon and fry in a pan until crispy. Pour over the salad. Remove a teaspoon of the fat and drizzle it over the salad.
