Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 tbsp, crushed paprika powder, rose hot
  • 2 tbsp, leveled salt
  • 2 tbsp, levelled pepper
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 kg steak(s) (neck)
  • 8 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 hours; Total time approx. 10 hours 10 minutes

Slice the onions into rings. Mix the spices with the oil. In a medium-sized, square dish, place a layer of onions, then top with the marinated meat. Continue until all the meat and onions are used up. Finally, season to taste and place extra onions on top. Let it marinate overnight. Grill the meat, place the onions in an aluminum tray, and place it on the grill. Tip: If you like it spicy, add chili to the marinade.
