Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g mozzarella balls
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp rosemary, fresh needles
  • 250 ml oil (olive oil), possibly more
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Total time approx. 3 days 10 minutes

Drain the mozzarella balls and place them in a screw-top jar. Add the sliced ​​and deseeded chili peppers and the sliced ​​garlic cloves. Sprinkle with salt and rosemary and shake well. Top with olive oil until all ingredients are covered. Refrigerate for at least 3 days.
