Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g mozzarella balls
- 2 red chili peppers
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp rosemary, fresh needles
- 250 ml oil (olive oil), possibly more
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Total time approx. 3 days 10 minutes
Drain the mozzarella balls and place them in a screw-top jar. Add the sliced and deseeded chili peppers and the sliced garlic cloves. Sprinkle with salt and rosemary and shake well. Top with olive oil until all ingredients are covered. Refrigerate for at least 3 days.
