Pickled Radishes
The perfect pickled radishes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 g Radish
- 1 Lemon organic
- 200 ml Vinegar
- 200 ml Water
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- Clean and wash the radishes and let them stand a little green.
- Wash the lemon with hot water, peel a few zest from the peel and squeeze out the juice.
- Mix the water, vinegar, salt, sugar, bay leaf, lemon zest and juice in a saucepan.
- Add the radishes and cook for about 5 minutes until al dente.
- Now remove the radishes with a slotted spoon and place in a prepared glass.
- Bring the brew to the boil again and pour over the radishes through a sieve so that everything is well covered.
- Close the jar immediately and let it cool down.
