Ingredients
 

  • 5 Red onions
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 200 ml White wine vinegar
  • 200 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 Msp Peppercorns

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water, vinegar, salt, sugar and peppercorns to the boil in a saucepan and simmer on medium heat until the sugar and salt have completely dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and let cool down.
  • Peel the onions and cut into fine rings.
  • Finely dice ginger.
  • Mix both and pour into a glass.
  • Pour the vinegar over them, chill and enjoy after a few hours.
