Ingredients
- 5 Red onions
- 1 piece Ginger
- 200 ml White wine vinegar
- 200 ml Water
- 2 tsp Salt
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 Msp Peppercorns
Instructions
- Bring the water, vinegar, salt, sugar and peppercorns to the boil in a saucepan and simmer on medium heat until the sugar and salt have completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let cool down.
- Peel the onions and cut into fine rings.
- Finely dice ginger.
- Mix both and pour into a glass.
- Pour the vinegar over them, chill and enjoy after a few hours.
