Picnic potato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes, cooked
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 150 g mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • Pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Slice the potatoes. Grate the carrots, cucumber, and radishes. Dice the ham. Mix the salad mayonnaise with yogurt. Mix the ingredients and season. Let stand for 30 minutes.
