Ingredients for 7 servings:
- 500 g minced pork
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 100 ml breadcrumbs
- 150 g cream cheese, grainy
- 250 ml water
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine the breadcrumbs and water and let stand for about 10 minutes. Then add everything else and mix thoroughly with your hands. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper (or two, depending on the size). Bake for 60 minutes. It goes well with potatoes and salad. I also like to eat it cold in a sandwich. It keeps well in the freezer; just place the baking pan in the pan.
