Pie: Fine Cheesecake

The perfect pie: fine cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Quark semi-fat
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 2 Msp Ground vanilla pod
  • 1 packet Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder
  • 5 tbsp Semolina
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 Lemon fresh
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 125 g Blueberries fresh
  • 125 g Fresh raspberries
  • 100 g Sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  1. I went to coffee again today, still had berries that had to go and quark was still there, so bake cheesecake, that worked. This time a cheesecake recipe where the eggs are not separated, so I hadn’t baked one before.
  2. For the quark mixture, mix all the ingredients together up to the salt to form a smooth dough. Wash the berries and fold into the batter with half of the almonds.
  3. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (O + U) and line a springform pan with baking paper. Pour in the dough and smooth it out. Scatter the remaining almonds and sugar on top and bake for about 60 minutes. Allow to cool in the mold.
  4. With whipped cream, the cake can be served cold or warm as a dessert. If you don’t have any fruit, you can also use raisins (as in the original recipe). I wish you a good appetite.
