Pork Medallions on Paprika Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Pork tenderloin
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Red Paprika
  • 2 yellow Paprika
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Paprika sweet paprika hot
  • Salt pepper,
  • 2 teaspoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the fillet into slices (5 cm). Cut the onion into half rings and the paprika into strips. Finely chop the garlic.
  • Fry the meat, remove it and keep it warm. Steam the knofi and onion in the frying fat until translucent. Add the paprika and cook for 15 minutes while stirring occasionally. Season well.
  • Season the meat with salt and pepper, add to the vegetables with the meat juice. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Boiled potatoes go well with it.
