Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 900 g cottage cheese
  • 100 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 6 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, fresh as desired
  • Vegetables, fresh as desired

Instructions

Puree the cottage cheese with Parmesan and eggs in a blender, season with salt and pepper, and stir in fresh herbs. Pour the batter into a quiche dish and top with your favorite vegetables. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 160°C for about one hour.
