Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g cod fillet(s)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 350 g tomatoes
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp oregano
- Salt and pepper, white
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the fish, season with salt and pepper, and place it in a greased baking dish. For the sauce, finely dice the garlic and onions and sauté in olive oil. Peel and dice the tomatoes and add them to the onions and garlic along with the parsley and oregano. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and sugar, pour it over the fish, and bake in the oven at 200-225°C for 25-30 minutes. Serve with baked potatoes.
