Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 200g salami
- 2 potatoes
- Milk or water as needed
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions

Mix the ingredients with water or milk until smooth, just like you would for regular pancakes. Season the batter with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cut the salami into slices or small pieces. Peel the potatoes and slice them very thinly using a vegetable peeler. Pour the pancake batter into the heated pan (don’t forget to add the oil). Place the thinly sliced raw potatoes and the salami on the pancake and cook slowly over medium heat. Carefully flip and cook until cooked through.
