Scho – Ba – Nu – Spread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg banana(s), ripe
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 250 ml banana nectar
  • 1 pack of Gelfix (3:1)
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chocolate – banana – nut spread

Peel the bananas, slice them thickly, and then blend them in a bowl with a hand blender until they form a banana puree. Then add the cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, nuts, and banana nectar. Mix the Gelfix with the sugar and stir into the mixture. Bring everything to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, and simmer for about 3 minutes (again, stirring constantly, as otherwise it may stick). Then pour into 6 prepared, small jars with screw caps, seal tightly, and leave on the lids for at least 10 minutes. Tip: You can also use sweetener instead of sugar, or add cinnamon, raisins, and gingerbread spice to taste. A real and delicious alternative to the calorie-packed Nutella.
