Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 cl rum, white
  • 2 cl liqueur (coconut liqueur)
  • 10 cl pineapple juice
  • 2 cl whipped cream
  • 4 cl coconut milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ice cubes
  • Fruits, fresh, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Measure the white rum, coconut liqueur, pineapple juice, whipped cream, and coconut milk and pour them one at a time into the shaker. Add sugar, close the shaker tightly, and shake vigorously. Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes and pour the liquid from the shaker over it. Serve garnished with fresh fruit on the rim of the glass.
