Pina Colada Jam

The perfect pina colada jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Piece Pineapple fresh
  • 400 ml Coconut syrup
  • 2 Glass Rum 54 percent
  • 2 Packages Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 2 packet Citric acid
  1. “Clean” the pineapple, cut out the middle part and cut into small pieces.
  1. Puree with a hand blender, add the syrup, rum, preserving sugar and citric acid and cook for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
  1. Lay out a wet cloth, rinse the glasses with hot water (twist off), fill them with the pineapple puree and place them on the cloth.
  1. Unscrew the cover and turn it upside down for five minutes.
