Pina Colada Jam
The perfect pina colada jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Piece Pineapple fresh
- 400 ml Coconut syrup
- 2 Glass Rum 54 percent
- 2 Packages Preserving sugar 2: 1
- 2 packet Citric acid
- “Clean” the pineapple, cut out the middle part and cut into small pieces.
- Puree with a hand blender, add the syrup, rum, preserving sugar and citric acid and cook for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
- Lay out a wet cloth, rinse the glasses with hot water (twist off), fill them with the pineapple puree and place them on the cloth.
- Unscrew the cover and turn it upside down for five minutes.
