Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 200 ml liqueur (Pina Colada)
- 200 ml oil
- 300 g flour, smooth
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the ingredients up to the flour to form a batter, adding the cocoa to one half. Pour the light batter into a loaf pan, then the dark batter on top, and fold it in slightly with a fork. Bake in a fan-assisted oven at 175°C for 50 minutes.
