Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 150 ml milk
- 250 ml pineapple juice
- 100 g sugar
- 3 tbsp white rum
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until the sugar is dissolved. Pour into the ice cream maker. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can also make the ice cream in the freezer. Stir more frequently, though. The ice cream is very creamy and delicious. If you like, you can substitute cream for milk, but I don’t think it’s necessary.
