Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 125 ml juice (fresh orange juice)
  • 250 ml milk
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla, no cooking)
  • 125 ml cream, well chilled

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk together the cream cheese, orange juice, milk, and sugar. Stir in the custard while stirring. Season to taste. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the quark mixture with a whisk. Ladle the cream into a bowl or dessert cup. Garnish with orange or tangerine slices and dollops of cream.
