Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ pineapple, fresh
- 1 avocado(s)
- 5 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salad herbs
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Walnuts, chopped
- n. B. Cheese, grated

super “fat-burner” salad
Halve, peel, and dice the pineapple. Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into small pieces. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Place everything in a bowl. For the dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, and salad herbs. Add the dressing to the chopped fruit and vegetables and mix well. If desired, you can spice up the salad with chopped walnuts and/or grated cheese. This salad is a great fitness salad, as pineapple and avocado are true body fat burners.
