Pineapple-Banana-Cocktail

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 400 ml orange juice
  • 4 tbsp coconut cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quarter the pineapple, remove the hard core, and peel it. Chop the flesh slightly and add it to a blender. Peel and slice the banana and add it to the blender. Add the orange juice and coconut cream and blend everything. Chill the drink for at least 1 hour, then pour into glasses and serve.
